Emotions That Make Your Ex Feel Attracted To You – No.5 Joy
Joy as an active emotion includes happiness; but it’s also a sense of ease and quiet confidence that in the end, everything is going to be alright.
People who have joy look, act and talk like they truly love life and love being alive. They’re very attractive because they make the most of every single moment; and happily share their joy with others. Just being around them give us that sense of ease and feeling that everything is going to be alright.
Unfortunately, joy is also the emotion that many of us don’t feel after a break-up. We’re hurting, sad, angry, frustrated, confused, worried and anxious.
But for your ex to feel attracted to you again, they need to feel that you’re in a “good place”. This has to be reflected in how you show up in conversations and in person.
When you project “I’m in a good place”, your ex will feel that because “you’re okay, we’re okay”.
So make sure you communicate “we’re okay” in your text conversations and in-person meetings. If your ex doesn’t feel like they’re enjoying their experiences with you; your ex not coming back.
Use the 3-1 positivity ratio to create “we’re okay, everything is okay” feeling. The 3-1 positivity ratio simply means it takes three positive experiences to offset one negative experience. For every heart-wrenching negative emotional experience you endure; you need to experience at least three heartfelt positive emotional experiences that uplift you.
This means that for every experience that made your ex fell that the relationship wasn’t relaxed and fun anymore; you need at least three heartfelt positive emotional experiences to make your ex relax, enjoy talking and want to come back.
