NEW 2012

Strength In A Broken Heart is a self-help guidebook for recovering from what is otherwise an emotionally devastating experience, and growing into a strong and emotionally mature and healthy man or woman.

Although written primarily for men and women hoping to rebuild a more meaningful relationship with someone they’ve lost but still love and want back, and for those who are in an on-and-off-again relationship, Strength In A Broken Heart actually works on more than one level. It works just as well for men and women who believe that it is over and want to move on to a new relationship.

The mental and emotional resources and tools in the book provide a healthy emotional response to broken promises and lost dreams. If you’re looking for the kind of advice that tells you to take your mind off your pain, keep a journal, get a hobby or pastime,  get a makeover, buy new clothes, spoil yourself, etc. you will not find it in this book. Strength In A Broken Heart is so much more… much deeper, more whole, some might even say, “spiritual.”

Rather than tell you what to do with the “left over you”, Strength In A Broken Heart shows you how to stop yourself from going over to the deep, draw out your inborn capacity for emotional resilience, and bounce back better and emotionally bolder. You will be able to be more focused and more positive even when your outer circumstances remain the same, and smoothly transition to the next phase of either trying to get your ex back or moving on to a new relationship.

As a coach who has worked with hundreds, if not thousands of men and women suffering from a broken heart, I’ve taken nothing for granted. I know that for many, this is probably one of the most emotionally painful experiences you’ll ever go through. And it doesn’t get any easier whether it’s your first or twentieth heartbreak.

This is an inner journey that no one else can take for you. One that you must take if you want to meet love on it’s own terms.

May your Strength In A Broken Heart lead to the strength of your Self, your love, and your relationship.
