STOP BEING NEEDY: GAME CHANGER (DIGITAL & PRINT)

Working with a therapist to disable the triggers that make you needy (e.g. fear of rejection and/or abandonment) is one way to get rid of neediness. If you are trying to get back your ex however, this takes time. You realistically don’t have that kind of time.
