One could say, this is just an ad and cougar sex sells. But isn’t there a difference between an older single woman who is confident, strong and independent (knows what she wants, where to get it and how to get it) and the fake cougar desperate predator depicted in television shows like “Cougar Town?”

Having teenage boys myself, it makes me sick just thinking a woman like that is going to get her claws into my boy. If the tables were turned and an older man was featured in as ad grabbing a 20- year old young woman, the whole world would be up in arms. The double standands! *sigh*.
I can’t view the video.:( i am an older woman and I have a son that is 22 so I know I would not want to date someone so much younger than myself. I would and have dated men 5 yrs younger and I don’t think that I am a cougar at all.

I’ve dated both types of cougars and I can tell you this. It doesn’t matter the age of the woman. If she was vulnerable, weak, lonely, desperate and too easy as a younger woman she’ll still be vulnerable, weak, lonely, desperate and too easy as an older woman. The older they get the more aggressive and controlling they become. It’s like they think they own you and won’t give you peace of mind. Their obvious desperate vulnerability is what attracts most young men to older woman.
